This week, I built a sidewalk leading from the patio to the deck stairs.

I went to 3 museums and talked to people while there.

I went to individual therapy and dbt group.

I meditated everyday.

I accepted an invitation to go to dinner with a friend tomorrow.

They weren't really chats. I just made sure I talked loud enough when I had two. Two times another patron tried talking... I answered. That Wad Peru much it. A start though.
