Welcome! I too enjoy me some action movies, as well as some PLAYSTATION! What type of trading do you do? Also, I eat on a very low budget per week. I'd be more than happy to give you some tips. Like you, I also struggle with motivation and being unhappy. I'm sorry to hear about your trouble with meds. They have helped me a bit, and it sucks that they hurt you so much.

I TOTALLY get this. I don't smoke very much, but I can be in the worst mood and so, so happy and feeling perfectly content when I smoke. It's like a small miracle from God.


With the meds, I understand that being on one that doesn't work SUCKS (I have been on 15+), but when you DO find that right one... damn. I was on Latuda and I felt NORMAL for the first time in my life. (I had to get off because the prescription was over $600 a month).

I'm mostly the opposite. A lot of my OCD manifests as food an exercise obsession. I'm constantly thinking about food and eating anything I consider unhealthy generally sends me in a panic. I've gotten some control over it though. I went from Anorexic to getting a better handle on it and am now at a better weight. If I miss working out I also get some serious anxiety. Most of what drives me crazy now is body image. Sometimes it gets bad enough I spend hours checking the mirror or the way clothes look and feel.
