Buddhism giving us insight into how to handle anxiety?
Anyone ever study Buddhism?
Seems like the religion was designed to solve suffering and anxiety problems.
They have been doing it for thousands of years.
Must be somewhat successful.

The truth of dukkha (suffering, anxiety, unsatisfactoriness)
The truth of the origin of dukkha
